Refund policy

This policy explains how returns, exchanges, and refunds work for purchases made on Domain Name】.

1) Return Window

For eligible items, you may request a return or exchange within 30 calendar days from the date your order is delivered (as shown by carrier tracking).

Requests submitted after 30 days may not be accepted.

2) Item Eligibility (Non-Perishable Items)

The following items are generally eligible for return/exchange if they meet the conditions below (examples include vases and preserved floral items):

We may refuse returns for items that are used, damaged, altered, or missing original packaging/accessories.

3) Perishable Items (Fresh Floral) — Important

Fresh floral products are perishable. For this reason:

We do not accept change-of-mind returns for Fresh Floral once delivered.

If your Fresh Floral item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos/videos (including the outer packaging when possible). We will review the case and may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund depending on the situation.

Note: Because flowers are natural and seasonal, slight variations in color, shape, or stems may occur and are not necessarily considered a defect.

4) How to Start a Return or Exchange

To request a return/exchange, please contact us and provide:

Order number

Proof of purchase (if requested)

Reason for return/exchange

Photos/videos (required for damaged/incorrect items)

If approved, we will provide the return instructions and return address by email.

Returns sent without approval may be refused.

5) Return Shipping Costs

If your return is due to damage/defect or wrong item shipped, we will cover reasonable return shipping costs (or provide instructions/label when applicable).

For non-defective, change-of-mind returns (eligible non-perishable items), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

6) Refunds

After we receive and inspect your return (when applicable), approved refunds are typically processed within 1–5 business days.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method (e.g., Visa, MasterCard).

Your bank/card issuer may take additional time to post the refund.

7) Exchanges

If an exchange is approved, the replacement item will typically ship within 1–3 business days after the returned item is received and inspected (if a return is required).

8) Refused / Undeliverable Orders

If delivery fails due to an incorrect address, refusal of delivery, or no pickup/receipt, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping costs and we may not be able to offer a full refund.
