1) Shipping Destination (United States Only)

We currently ship only within the United States. We do not offer international shipping.

All orders are shipped from within the United States.

2) Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are based on your order subtotal (before shipping):

Orders under $95: $8 shipping fee

Orders $95 or more: Free shipping

Shipping fees (if any) are calculated automatically and shown at checkout before you complete payment.

3) Order Cut-Off Time (Eastern Time, EST)

Orders placed and paid before 5:00 PM (EST) begin processing the same business day.

Orders placed after 5:00 PM (EST) begin processing the next business day.

Orders placed on weekends or U.S. holidays begin processing on the next business day.

4) Processing Time

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed (excluding weekends and holidays).

5) Delivery Estimates

After your order ships, estimated delivery time is 3–5 business days.

Delivery times are estimates and may be extended due to carrier delays, weather, peak seasons, or other events outside our control.

6) Carriers

We ship via reputable U.S. domestic carriers, such as UPS, FedEx, USPS, or other compliant logistics providers.

7) Order Tracking

Once your order is placed, you’ll receive an order confirmation email. When your order ships, we’ll send tracking details (when available).

8) Changes & Cancellations

Before shipment: You may request changes or cancellation by contacting us as soon as possible.

After shipment: Orders usually can’t be canceled or rerouted. Any additional carrier fees or address-change costs (if applicable) may be the customer’s responsibility.

9) Address Accuracy & Undeliverable Packages

Please provide a complete and accurate shipping address and contact information.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect/incomplete address, refusal of delivery, or failed delivery attempts, you may be responsible for reshipping costs.

10) Damaged, Missing, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your package upon delivery. If you notice damage to the outer packaging, take photos before opening when possible.

If any items are damaged, missing, or incorrect, contact us within 24 hours of delivery and include clear photos/videos as evidence so we can assist with a replacement or refund solution.
